Please watch gov. connect for latest information on budgets. Will be out there within two weeks per Marc P.

Dues where raised to $300.00 for the year 2008 to cover the cost of Lobbyist by the Association at the Wildwood Convention. Treasurer will be sending notices out in January 2008. Include an extra $300.00 in your budget for Adminstrative and Dues. We are meeting with various Senators to finnaly push through needed legislation to help Fire Districts. Keep posted for more info from the Chairman Keyser.

Comments Dated October 22, 2007: Learning and working my way around website. Hope to start posting new information daily. Give us some time and hopefully will be there.

Also be aware, according to our recent seminar it was stated that any Fire District under ten cents (.10) per one hundred (tax rate) was free of the 4% cap. This is not a true statement released by Goverment Connect (DCA) Marc Pfiffier as today 10/22/2007. All Fire District are covered by the 4% cap regardless of your tax rate.
